- Ph.D. from Regional Research Laboratory (RRL), Now AMPRI, CSIR Bhopal affiliated to Barkatullah University, Bhopal (M.P.) in 1989 on the topic “New Alumino Silicate Minerals For Composite And Ceramic Products.”

- Present Position:
- Professor & Head, Department of Curriculum Development and Assessment Education (DCDAE) at National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal (Deemed to be University under Distinct Category), Ministry of Education, Shamla Hills, Bhopal – 462 002.
- Dean, School of Creative Education and Liberal Arts
- Presently engaged in design and development of Multidisciplinary Outcome Based Curriculum aligned to NEP:2020 and NCrF for higher education institutions having diploma engineering, UG engineering and art education, certificate/diploma programmes for different states (Bihar & Maharashtra). The curriculae and innovative programme structure are being developed integrating unique features of NEP:2020 and emerging technology courses, baskets of NEP courses, open elective courses in the programme structure. Also the norms and guidelines of AICTE are being followed.
